ITINERARY

SUNDAY: Arrival & Welcome

Our Retreat begin’s this evening with a GATHERING, Sharing and Meditation. If you arrive late in the evening, we shall cover anything of importance the following day. For those who arrive early, we will have a chance to give PRIVATE SESSIONS

MONDAY: Retreat and Realign

We take time to 'stretch' into the week, with some YOGA, movement and MEDITATION. Todays intention is to Clear, Strengthen and Balance your Energy Field, in Preparation for this Journey to Inspire & Empower! Free time in the afternoon to swim, to sunbathe and to enjoy a Private Session. An easy walk to APHRODITE’S BATHS, initiates a deeper connection to the Flowing Waters of Purity and Peace.

TUESDAY: Sea to Mountains

A stunning drive through villages and forests, to the TROODOS mountains, Connects us to the Island’s Energetic Grids. We ascend to the (in)famous KYKKOS Monastery, where the Belov’ed Mary is honoured. Here we shall infuse Refined Frequencies of Pure Crystalline Christ Consciousness. As we Walk in Awareness, around MT. OLYMPUS, with spectacular vistas across Cyprus, we Align & Integrate with the Harmony of Mother Earth. Descending, we follow the Healing Kryos River, before a stop in the quaint village and Sacred Site of OMODOS - connected to St.Elena, Avalon Priestess, Mother of Constantine, Bearer of the Cross & Bringer of Cyprus Cats!

WEDNESDAY: Integrate - In Joy Peace

Our morning starts with Sun Salutations and Yoga for EveryBody. Soul Journeys to OPEN your HEART & SOUL to the ABUNDANCE of LOVE! Energy work to Ground, Process and Integrate! Time for STILLNESS, DIVINE MOVEMENT and SACRED SOUND, that will enhance and awaken a higher resonance of light within you.
Free time before an opportunity to drive up into the hills of the Pafos Forest and enjoy the Healing Power of Horses with the special herd at 'Ride in Cyprus'

THURSDAY: Balance and Harmony

Today we Journey along the coast, weaving the Feminine and Masculine energies of Aphrodite and Apollo; of Sea and Earth; of Solid and Subtle; of Ceremony and Celebration! Our day includes the Temple SANCTUARY of APHRODITE, KOLOSSI Crusader Castle, KOURION Beach for lunch, APOLLO’S Powerful TEMPLE, Aphrodite’s Rock and Birthplace! Time to BIRTH the NEW!

FRIDAY: Grace and Empowerment

Rising with the Sun, Meditation & CHANTING on the Beach, initiates this is Powerfully Gentle Day. Wonderful Walk along the Aphrodite Trail to the top of Saviour's Mountain, a Portal of Empowerment. Free time to integrate and soak up the sun & sea. Another opportunity for Healing Horse Play and Rides....

SATURDAY: Cruise and Relax

Today we have the option to cruise by boat, along the AKAMAS PENSINSULA, stopping to swim in pristine turquoise waters of the BLUE LAGOON and enjoy a barbeque lunch. Time in the harbour village of Latchi, to explore and soak up the local atmosphere.

Celebration Farewell Dinner

SUNDAY: Closing - Opening!

A Closing Gathering, Meditation and Channeling to complete the intention of this ONEderFULL week and OPEN a DOORWAY of UNLIMITED POSSIBILITIES!
